Need help! - Installed Gauges - Where do I wire lights?

Well I installed a triple A pillar gauge pod system last night:

Oil pressure w/ electric sender (0-100psi)
Boost/Vacuum w/ hose system
Autometer DPSS Shift Light/tach combo

The boost gauge and oil pressure gauge have wires in the back for back lights and I don't know a good easy place to wire it in so they light up when I turn my parking lights on. Right now they don't have the light hooked up so I cant really see them at night.

Also, on a MR-9 what should my stock boost be hitting as I spool up say between 3-6K rpm at Wide open throttle? Its hard to stare at because I don't want to crash. I think it was hitting about 19 or so yesterday - is this right for stock? My mods are in the signature below.

If anyone can tell me an easy place to hook those lights I would be forever in your debt!

did you put the gauges in the stock 3 pod? just swaped gauges? whitch gauges did you put in? stock boost on a 9 is 20 and a half! the higher the gear the more you will boost so you wont hit 20psi in 1st or 2nd gear max boost should be in 4,5,6th gear! anyway you should def be boost more then stock with your mods maybe boost leak or the gauge might be off.....you should be tuned with those mods!!

I don't think I have a boost leak, it may hit 20.5 but I was watching in low gears (1 2 3)

My gauges are on my a-pillar

I have a LICP, UICP, 3.5" IC, and intake coming (from ets)

I'll have AMS tune it after I install those.

Where is the best place to steal gauge lighting voltage?

I spliced mine in underneath the drivers side dash, it was one of the parking lights and only had 12v when the lights where turned on. If anything else get yourself a test light and go to town. You'll have to do some searching through the How-to's but I found it in there somewhere.

your boost level sounds about right for not be tuned with a higher boost. I spliced my gauges into my aftermarket radio harness to get lights.

Dude. I just installed my gauges and found out how in 5 minutes by searching the how to forum. Go buy yourself a power probe and look around. Its super easy.

Green/white wire for the gauge cluster dimmer. It's in front of the interior fusebox.
