So do I use pin 45?
I think this is correct it says "rpm".
Has anyone done this before.
That would be the orange plug , green wire with white stripe right?

LOL just wanted to see if anyone had done it successfully before. I don't want to break anything. I will get some scotchlok's to tap the wire in.
I still don't understand why I get the funny readings at 3000+ RPM when I wire it directly to the coil.

i have mine tapped at ECU for TPS and RPM and it reads spot on
good luck man, let us know if that solves it.

yea, i meant i tapped at ECU for TPS and for RPM.....different wires 
but yea, u were getting interference.
sometimes EGT probes read funny because when people run the wires back they route them too close to the coils
same principal here.
