Evo 8 Tach wiring to cluster

My tach in my 03 Evo does not work and i want to check the wires behind the cluster and make sure that the tach wire is good. What color or pin # is the tach wire that goes into the back of the cluster? I know that pin 58 on the ecu is the tach signal (green / white) but cannot find a green/white wire that goes to the back of the cluster. Can anyone help me.

Pin 11 in plug C-01 is your tach signal. Origin is pin 58 in ECU plug C-117.

See section 54A-60 in 'Chassis electrical - Combination meter assembly and vehicle speed sensor' - inspection procedure 2 - tachometer does not work

i checked the wire and i am not getting any power going to it i dont believe. I tried with the car on and off. I am not sure exactly how to use my multi meter but shouldnt it have around 12 volts when the car is running?

The tach wire at the cluster should read between 1-7 volts AC, not DC. And will increase and decrease based on engine speed.
