really rich in higher rpms

My mods are in my sig. I'm peaking at about 22-23 psi.

I bought the car with just a mbc. I'm not sure to what extent that its been tuned. But the speed limiter was removed and the rev limiter was raised to 7600.

I just put my wideband in and I'm running super rich up top. At full throttle the a/f is dropping to low 10s and high 9s.

I'm getting a tune soon. I'm just reading up on different tuners.

I have done some logs and I'm getting 1-2 counts of knock around 3300 rpms.

I'm going to do a boost leak test within the next couple of days.

Do you think I'm running so rich because I'm untuned or I might have some sort of a boost leak. My boost doesn't drop that much to redline. 22-23 peak droping to about 18-19 at redline.

I want to eliminate the possibility of any problems on my end before I get a tune.

18-19psi at redline sounds right on an MBC. The best you can hope for the on the stock turbo is 20-21, using a well-setup EBC or customized stock boost solenoid.

A tune will help

Sounds like you may be on the stock tune. The car comes stock without a speed limiter and with a 7606 rev limiter. It also comes pig rich.

Ok. Like I said, I just didn't want to run into any problems when I get it tuned.
