Stock intake

Sorry if this is a stupid question.. I just need to know real quick... does the stock intake have chrome/silver piping that comes from it?? If so would someone be able to post pics? Also if possible could somone post pics of stock LICP?? Thanks

The intake pipe is brushed or extruded aluminum; not too shiny; it has a kind of matte finish. Not sure about the LICP.

thats not the "intake" pipe. That's the UICP (upper intercooler pipe). The "intake" pipe is what's commonly referred to that which feeds to the turbo.

LICP has the same finish. Not as clean looking though.

the "intake pipe" is actually a black rubber tube just like any other car...

It all depends on the set-up you choose. For example, buschur sell's the Air Intake Kit which only requires you to remove the stock intake box and replaces it with a cone. They also sell the Mass Air Pipe & Filter Kit which replaces the stock pipe and air box.
