Question Advice needed

i have two questions and would like some feedback:

1. i am looking for some ideas on some good CAIs. i know the stock airbox is great up to 400hp with a good drop in but i have no choice.

2. Also i am thinking of buying a BOV, i KNOW everyone on EvoM advises against it, but it should not cause a problem in my case because i have a JDM Evo IX with a MAP sensor right? any ideas on a good BOV?

Thanks in advance.

I dont think it matters that its a jdm map sensor. All that means is that your able to log boost and control boost via ecu plus some other stuff. The car is still equipped with a maf so a vta bov is not recommended but a nice diverter isnt bad at all.

A lot of options out there from Forge, APS, Sychronic(New I use this one),and a bunch others. Just get ready for a lot of choices.

Thanks, any particular choices. the car is my daily driver so a diverter would be best to avoid any problems.

Any advice on the choice of a cold air intake??

Seeing that you live in Trinidad Im not to sure what your choices are. HKS, ETS, AMS, and Buschur all make stock replacement intakes and maf adapters. So once again its your choice.

I am using the HKS Suction Reloaded Intake which comes with a washable foam filter. While Buschur and AMS and ETS use a K&N style filter which is also re-usable/washable.

Well its just an intake, A Cold air intake on a turbo is useless, its just to hot to make a difference. I have the ARC and love it, just not the replacement costs of the elements. I would go with a Buschur for the price, if you want some bling then get the ETS or equiv.

The spool up with the ARC sounds amazing. Loudest stock turbo I've heard yet.
