Its good to know how far you can go...again, I hit the trip meter when the NEEDLE was on the "E". The low fuel light comes on at about 1/8 tank or so. I was also not boosting hardly at all...less than 5 psi. I had Fuel with me incase I ran out.

Good to know though. The farthest I have gone is with about a gallon left. Guess I'm not adventurous enough.
Its possible, I dont reccommend it....from what I have heard Walbro will send you a new pump if you "Burn it up"

Low fuel light = 2.5 gallons left = 40miles highway or 20 city before it gets risky. I have also put 14.2 gallons in to my Evo once.

I have never seen that light before. I start panicking at a 1/4 tank, mostly because I'm lazy and don't want to chance a walk.

Thats good to know but I wouldnt want that much strain on my fuel pump. I never let the needle drop below a quarter tank.

Twice I got about 30-40 miles after the needle went below "E". I wasn't too worried though, there are plenty of gas stations here.

My car runs past "E" every time. I drive home 50 miles on the light all the time. There's a good deal of mileage pas that E I'm too lazy to stop and fill up all the time.

actually you should have about 2.5 gallons when light goes on and 3.5 to go back off. I routinely get 330-370 miles per tank and have been expirimenting with this also.

The only reason I did this was to get all of the 93 out of the tank before I put in the Leaded 110.
