I was wondering if anyone has put in an aftermarket sunroof in their evo? That would be sick, and what would be the cost to put one in?

 

Just buy an evo with a sunroof, come on now man.

All sunroof comes with a cut of the roof and installed the sunroof on it. Either way, it's nice to have a sunroof but I'd rather have mine w/out it.

I bought my car used with 14k miles and someone put a sunroof in it....I love having it. I use my stickypod www.stickypod.com and hang my video camera from it with the suction cups. great for autox, drag racing etc...

sadly it probably lost some body rigidity but I'm doing good at the local autox so I can't tell.

 

Waste of time, money and effort and would probably not help the value of your ride.

i wouldnt do it.. aftermarket sunroofs suck!! they usually they leak and crap.. i've had 2 friends get aftermarket ones and they were horrible and leaked when it rained!

 

it definitely would be more cost efficient to buy one with a sunroof already in....
