I could be wrong... but aren't Fuzion tires cheapo tires?

If he went cheap on tires, he probably went cheap on maintenance.

The crappy tires were probably put on by the dealer as a cheap replacement for bald stockers. Good way for the dealer to save a grand.

Also, I've only seen a few used Evos at (Mitsubishi) dealerships, but the wheel lock has been missing on all of them. I'm sure if you tell them you want new locks, they will get them for you (about $25).
