So Iv bought a TB Evo VIII SSL from Carmax, that has to be transfered in which can take up to 21 days, I'm on day 9 and cant wait anymore lol.

And if that wasn't bad enough my GTI which is being traded in is in the shop for warranty work and has been for a week yesterday. So Iv spent the past week driving a damn Suburban with gas at $4 a gallon.

I'm not really a patient guy to begin with but this is really killing me. Only thing making it manageable is spending time on these boards and pricing and planning all my mods.

Really had to get that off my chest cause I know you guys will understand my Dilemma.

yup dropped my viii off today to get the transfer case replace...its been 6 hours and im dying i miss my evo so much...never knew a car could be so addicting...

 

Yeah FM2 is holding me over, should get my GTI back tomorrow at least...when my Evos coming I don't even know :-(

 

I feel your pain. Dropped my car at the body shop on tuesday, could take upto 3 weeks. It feels like a part of me is missing.

 

i bought my car while in Iraq in october 07, i had to wait until the end of feb 08 to drive it on R&R. and the roads where ****ting so i really didnt get to do any real real driving til i got back here to WA 2 weeks ago. I'm in heaven. i thought about driving my car more than my girl. sad, but true.

 

at least you found your evo! still gotta find mine.

 

Patience is a virtue my friend. I went though hell to get my Evo, but it was all worth it in the end. Congrats on your purchase and have fun with the Evo!
