Time to trade up, worth it??

I have been thinking about trading the evo for another evo with everything I already want on it. I found a place that specializes in selling "modified" cars last night and found one that I liked a lot (minus rims).

Details-
Over $ 18000 invested in upgrades** Only 23,007 miles! 379 whp on pump gas. Must see & Drive! Financing Available FP3065 Turbo, Custom Manifold, Tial Waste gate, KOYO Radiator, ARP Head studs, 850cc Injectors, Ralliart competition engine and transmission mounts, AEM cam gears, RPM Trigger Module (shift light), Bushur Intercooler, Full Bushur exhaust including spare magniflow muffler, K&N filter set up, HKS performance ignition, AEM wide ban unit & stock ECU, 272 HKS Cams & Gears, Triple plate carbon Exedy Clutch, Tein Flex coilover suspension, Tein EDFC, Wedsport TC 18 " Wheels-, Defi Boost, Oil pressure and EGT, Pioneer DVD/Sat Nav with full IPOD interface, Full custom Focal speaker install, Too much to list!!!

What I'm wanting to do is see what kind of trade in on my evo for that one.I am hoping that they will do an even trade (doubt it). They are asking 29k (seems a bit pricey) I was going to sell it private party and buy that one, but I have a feeling it will take too long and will probably be gone by the time I get mine sold. I have an 06 MR SE w/ less that 10k on it. It has about 380-390whp on a dyno jet. If the dealer would prefer I would be willing to put it back to stock before trading. How do you guys think the dealer will react to this offer and what kind of counter offer do you think they will make?? Do you think this is a smart move on my part, buying a car w/ all this stuff already on it? Also, what is with the car only making 380whp... even on a mustang dyno that's waaaayyyy low for a fp3065. Finally..what do you think I will be able to talk them down to?

Pros- All the things I want for my car that this car has
Bigger turbo
Sweet clutch lol
Tein suspension
Sound system (not important...but nice)

Cons-
It's way low on power
29k asking price
More miles than my car
The place is an 8 hour drive away
Prolly gonna get screwed on trade in

That's what I want to do.. I bought it right off the showroom floor. But I'm going to save TONS of money going this route. Even if I have to pay 5k after the trade in, after the turbo the EMS, and suspension I will have saved 5k. All that stuff after install is easily over 10000.

You might not save money at all, infact you may loose alot. Think about it, you don't know the entire history of the car, how much it was abused ect ect. I know 2x,xxx miles may seem low but alot could have happened in those miles. You may have to start replacing parts left and right. on the other hand you know your car what you have done to it how you have taken care of it. Also seems like all those mods in that car are for notthing... your car is still making more power. Think about it personally i wouldn't do it.

Yeah, it is the place in PA.. hm.. I'm starting to have second thoughts.. i just hate how freaking long it takes to save up money to get parts.. you wait 3 months in order to get something. After you buy it you want something 2 weeks later. I HATE it.

Didn't you post something similar to this yesterday?

What's the rush? Not many of the people you are asking for advice bought their cars in the condition they are now in. They took their time, put some blood, sweat, time, and dollars into something that is personal to them because it is their creation. If your idea is to save money, then piece things together slowly and buy smart. Do research on what others have done. You're seeing this big long laundry list of modifications on other cars and thinking, "I could never afford to get all of that separately." I have seen countless posts of people dumping tons of money into their cars and then another guy comes along and accomplishes the same thing for half the money. I don't see why a little research cannot yield the same product.

You also have a low mileage 06 MR SE, one of the most coveted Evos there is. Relax, be patient, and enjoy building it.

Don't do it. You know your car. You don't know the new car. I know what you're debating in your head, but it's not worth it.

Definitely just mod the car you have; ESPECIALLY since you got it off the showroom like you said. Just keep saving and get quality parts installed by a quality tuner on the car you've owned since new.
