Invidia Test Pipe "mini cat"?

Has anyone used this test pipe? It says it has a "mini cat" to keep the check engine light from coming on, never seen that before? Any comments on it? If no one has used it I'm going to get it and try it out. Check it out (click the pic to see more pics)

Wow, thats cool. It's a small piece of a cat converter honeycomb to fool the O2 sensor into thinking there is a whole cat, as the O2 only reads from that particular stream of air. Neat!

I installed this Invidia IX TP a while back and was hoping to not throw a code since it has the liitle cat thingy.
Within 100 yds. I immediately threw a CEL, so i added 1 spark plug anti-fouler that I had on my HFC and it went away.

Yours might be different but mine threw a CEL real quick.
TP works great though, other than that.

IMHO: you are better off gettin a cheaper regular TP and just adding the Anti-fouler.
Seems like a gimmick to me.

Did you have any clearance issues with the anti fouler on the test pipe? I know it will stick up further with the anti fouler on.

Nope no fitment issues with just one anti-fouler and it's at about 1-2 o'clock straight up.
Fit's in the tunnel nice at that angle, with nothing touching..
It Would'nt fit with 2 anti-foulers, so i just used 1 and it did not throw a code.
