Does anyone have a DIY for an AEM Digital Boost Gauge? I have a 2003 Evo 8.

 

search, there's a billion threads on the tru boost gauge.

 

and non of them were helpful as many of the 1000s of posts per subject.

Tried. I don't have the Tru- Boost, that's a boost controller. I just have the gauge.

 

Follow the instructions that came with it.

Just follow the "How To" for the Defi boost gauge install. it can't be that much different. So far you've asked how to install a catch can and boost gauge. My advice is to take your car to a shop. Those are both very basic installs.

 

Well let's see.... I just bought an Evo8 and am learning the ropes to the car itself. I want to do all the work myself and learn along the way. Even simple installs go a long way when you have a little input from others who have done the install. I have installed lots of aftermarket parts on my M3, Audi TT and Roush Mustang but never a catch can or a boost gauge because I just started getting around in the aftermarket world. I know the AEM Boost Gauge is a little more involved and that is why I am seeking input. Thanks for your help though.

 

And by the way, this is a newbie section and that is what forum help is for. Helping others out when they have a question or concern

 

Actually, you're wrong, its the Evo General section. The Newbie section is a few clicks North.
