should have just went to a shop and got real tune IMO. Faster and better results (if you go to a good tuner).

If you go to a good tuner, who and where you got the parts from wont matter. My very first evo and first tune was a Jestr mail-in, I thought it was good since I was a noob and didnt really know. But after you a custom tune, there is a big difference in performance. No car is the same no matter if they have same mods or not.

call them up... IMO Buschur's customer service is second to none, they are always courteous and never don't answer their phone.

Could not agree with you more!!!!!

My friend had a horrible experience with a mail in flash >>>>> Car ran like dog SH#@..

Get the parts installed and then get a custom flash! You will be glad that you did.

I would have to say though if it's coming from Buschur it's probably pretty good however with the mail in you just will never extract the amount of power and driveabillity as you can with a custom flash on a dyno.

how do you figure that? He's not the one flashing your ECU, and even if he was.....if he was a true "shop guy" he would understand your decision. Its your car, not his.

Im sorry to hear of the issue you're having.

Where was your package purchased from? What is your name? I will cal lAl to see what the deal is and make sure what you're being told by your shop is correct.

The ECU does not come here. It goes to Big Al from Dynoflash. His # is 203-515-4110 if you want to contact him directly.

Im willing to help figure out what the problem is I just need some info.
