I was trying to locate the wiring diagram for an EVO, I'm pretty sure its close to a Supra. Anyone know if you can view the shop manual pages online or have something scanned? I was looking at trying to install one in TurboTrix's Evo.

So EVO 8s have an immobilizer chip in the key? EVO7,9 and 10 do not? This setup should work great on an EVO sans the immobilizer. Wonder if they sell bypass kits for those.

if it works like an alarm, all you have to do is get a spare key and place it next to the sensor thing.

Or disable the immobilizer in the ECU, since that's what you'd be doing, in essence.

Has anyone had success with disabling the immobilizer ECU (and I mean unplugging it) and still turn the car over? I do wonder how Auto-start alarms function on EVO8s and other models with immobilizer keys.

Um My Evo IX has a chip in the key. I am 100 percent on that because I had gotten a flat wallet key made and it turns the cylinder and the car cranks but won't fire.
