Strap a Supercharger on the intake side and a belt. Instant spool.

NOS doesn't help your turbo spool sooner does it? I thought it just got you to high rpm sooner??

seems like you've done a lot to your car, a smaller turbo would be the only thing thing that comes to mind that will make much of an impact.

Run lean during spool up then richen up on boost helps.
