yeah my bro lives near lenox in atlanta.. gated commuited 1500-1700 a month.. and his zx6r got stolen... he bought it new 10000 out the window... because he had lability on it and they don't pay for it being stolen... unless it is full coverage... which is 6000 a year for him...
I feel you man my '05 M3 was vandalized a few months ago. the bastards kicked the rear panels in jumped on the roof and hood and stole my BBS LM's and dropped the car on the brake rotors. Total was $12,850 the car only has 10,000 miles on it. We had just moved into the neighborhood and the car was left out about 6 hours!! PEOPLE SUCK

the complex you live at should have camaras on each lot or gargeas well at the gate if this is something that keeps happening. As well as keeping all areas well lit.
I would call a meeting with everyone that lives in the complex and talk about it.
For the cost of the systems to be installed can be covered on 50% of one months rent for the complex at best.
I work in the mortgage bizz and im so sick of theses rental apt/condo/homes owners that have been paid off for years and they do very and i mean very lil to up keep. For something that is costing the avg joe on a avg from 450-2000 there should be better lighting in parking areas camaras in places where needed. If there is a common problem and the owners know about it they should be called out on it.
As i did to the owner of my old building i just happen to call the fire marshal 3 days later they put up all new lighting and did what they had to do to be up to date on fire code rules.

^If I pay $1500 a month for an apt., how much do you think houses go for around here? Plus, in my line of business right now, I'm not stable enough to commit to a house for 3-5 years. Just wouldn't be worth it. I could be working in VA next year for all I know.
