the safety of the owner

well to day while driving my car, my car cut off while i am driving, and soon i here like a pop while i was changing gears. then i pull over and check my car for the basic stuff i check under the car and not a thing just water from the air conditioning and the back nothing. then i check my oil and the oil is way above the full line, and just did an oil change about 200miles ago and it was at the full and i waited for the next day to check and still at full.

well when i checked it when i pulled over i smelled gas in my oil and the oil was way thine so i did a compression check and cylinder 3 and 4 are out of wack at 135 and 140. also since i got it back i only been pushin 16psi because my car would miss fire bad after 18psi.well since i just got it back form extreme's after suing them my car been acting up.

now i have an other problem i am having gas going into the oil pan and almost causing me to crash. so i am asking do i fix the problem and be on my way or get at them one more time for my safety being the car wasn't put back right and they stole all of my parts that was left over from my build???

Just go fix it elsewhere and sue them in the meanwhile. Don't sue a person that's fixing your car

I don't think you'll get very far trying to get money out of them because your safety was in jeopardy simply because they didn't fix your car right. Mentioning on the internet that you knew your car wasn't working properly, before it broke down and put your safety at "risk", wouldn't help your case either. The obvious question would be: why did you continue to drive it if you knew something was wrong with it? Once you establish you knew there was a problem beforehand, you own the "risk" for driving it. If someone worked on your car and didn't fix it correctly, why don't you just take it back and have it done properly? BTW, if you have gas in your oil, I'm sure you know you at least need a top end

just to let you know just because i drove my car for a few days after i got my car back i had it inspected and it pass inspection. if the shop did the work then they are liable for the safety of the customer and its a state law even if i didn't know that. the insurance company will go to the company who fixed the car and held them responsible for there work. i had too much money put to this car and it not working correctly also i have called and went by only to be told that they would call the police. even if i ask them to fix it they wouldn't...

so u tell me what you would do in my situation if you have spent about 8g's in the motor and you come to find out that they had put a blown engine in your car and it not the actual engine u paid for and cause u crash or harm yourself. wtf top end...lol so i guess u know your stuff..

here some help:The engine top end consists of the cylinder heads, camshaft, and valves.
just to let you know i have already sued them and we settled for the car back and for the two years i lost form the price value of a car that only had 2500miles in it.

I could not really understand what you are writing. What are the compression numbers for all for cylinders?

Gas in the oil, on an EVO, is normal. The amount can be found by sending in a sample.
My oil smells like Bar-B-Q Corn.

trust me i did.. they still pissed off for the fact they did a bad job and took like two years for my car to get fixed up also they put used parts in my car like the motor, axles drive shaft, pcm, turbo, and stole my seats hood finders, bumper f/r, last my trunk. thats part of why i am doing this. i cant even sell my car becouse i cant part it out and put the original parts in it.

Your compression numbers are fine. When you say the crank case is full of fuel, what do you mean by full? You don't seem to know what you are talking about in general, but it may be because you write at a 4th grade level. How far above the high mark is your oil level (in inches or cm)?
