Dude I feel your pain. Ive been looking under mine and im starting to see big $$$$
Yeah it sucks... I can't even imagine what it must be like for you guys up there.
I've got two little pock marks on either boxed frame rail just ahead of the fuel tank on either side. I'm scared to poke em, so I just coated them for now.
Well my FP Black was having some issues with returning oil back to the pan on my new motor due to high oil pressure vs stock... so I guess that motivated me to go T3 setup and get rid of stock frame placement and use it as a backup and at the same time make more power. I have the HX40 but the compressor wheel has been upgraded to a larger billet compressor wheel and suited T3 housing that should allow 700 hp w/ ease and not maxing it out.
My 2.4lr should enhance spool characteristics from hearing about how laggy they are reaching full spool by or around 5k RPM (unmodified) which is pretty laggy with my platform I should hopefully see full spool at 4300-4500 rpm I'm hoping! Will post results soon-
I went to a local paint shop to get a quote for my jdm bumper today. They quoted me 300 for 2 stage paint rally/Phoenix red and the paint for the diffuser. They also told me they would blend the paint on the quarter panels so that whatever fading has happened to the car over the years won't make the bumper contrast too much. They said an extra 100 for the install. What do you guys think? 5 yr warranty.
This is one of those.... F% it just take my money b/c I don't feel like being bothered with it situations .. So go for it
Not today but in the last month in a half I've swapped the struts out, got the rear diff restacked, changed the front camber to -2, DIY adjustment with some string, and installed an oil pressure gauge. Also some detailing here and there whenever I had the free time.

Im very interested.. is it twin scroll?
Im convinced the only way I would ever go not stock frame replacement is if it was a large Twin scroll T3 but the overhead cost makes that really expensive with 2 WGA, the manifold and then the turbo and lines.. and usually dont see as good of performance as an FP turbo, but now that you can't get an MHI housing anymore that may change.
a twin scroll 3076r with a big a/r like 1.06 is probably what I'd go for.
Swapped out the fan controller and now the fan is fixed. It was running all the time when the ignition switch was in the run position and would run about 10 seconds after the ignition switch was turned to off.
Bought the car over the weekend and I've only done a few minor changes and ordered a few parts now. But I took the ugly wrap off and fixed the exhaust rattle that was going on. Now I'm looking for some more parts so if anyone has some goodies let me know. Also trying to get more posts so I can post in the classifieds sections lol
Thank man, I'm pretty happy with the car so far. Oh yeah that looks like it stuck to the car pretty good haha. The trunk on mine was about a year old and that was a pain in the ***.. Took me about 2 hours from start to finish on just the trunk lol. The hood came off in like 20 minutes total since it was only a few weeks old. Smart move leaving it in the sun though haha I couldn't do that since it was overcast/cloudy so I was just doing a damn hair dryer the whole time.. Haha

I recently got mine in July. It came witha horribly faded black vinyl wrap on the roof. What a PITA it was to remove.
