I'm completely new to working on cars. My owner's manual says both the 75W-80 and the 75W-85 or 75W-90 can be used for the manual transaxle oil. The dealership sold me the 75W-80, but this list does not include the 75W-80 as a usable oil. Can I use this oil for my manual transaxle?

But what are your recommendations for a heavily modified EVO (2.3l, 800hp+)?
Keeping in mind that the car is going to be raced (high RPM, hard lunches etc.).

Engine Oil + Filter change every 3k miles?
Timing belt?
Gearbox oil?
