i believe the diy home depot catch can should be on there, also the ets intake is one of the cheapest and very much so resembles the buschur intake.

Really good thread.
Got short shifter and planning to get blox mount and walbro.
Any other recommendations to make my shift smoother?
Like different kind of transmission oil?

For transmission fluid my absolute favorite so far has been the Redline fluid cocktail that I mentioned in the main list on the first page. Its 2 quarts of Redline MT-90 and 1 quart of Redline MTL mixed. That, along with the short-shifter, shifter base, and underhood shifter bushings makes for a great feeling shifter! Coming from an S2000 I'm incredibly picky about shifter feel and the stock Evo setup left me very disappointed but with these additions I'm happy.

I don't know much about the Home Depot DIY catch-can but at ~$30 shipped the eBay is a great value. I'll get ETS' intake added as soon as I get a chance to check it out on their website later this afternoon

What's a catch can and why do I need it?

Even better than a boost gauge would be a JDM/EvoX Map sensor and the serial-usb adapter so you can log it in EvoScan. Much more accurate than a autometer boost gauge.

Gets rid of oil getting transferred into your intake.

I believe that is on our list actually; both Scheides and I are running the Evo X 3-bar MAP sensor in conjunction with a GM BCS. Never hurts to have a visible boost gauge though (I have a Defi in my Evo, my fiancee will be getting a Prosport, and Scheides has a Autometer in his Evo and a Prosport in his wife's VW).

Excellent thread!
I Finally found the link to get rid of the rear end "clunk" and that shorty Antenna is bang on. The hood damper kit is also being ordered ASAP.

Thanks for the suggestions, they will be on my car when it rolls out of the garage in the spring.
