LOL i knew someone would ask......well out of all of my cars the 02-03 nissan maxima will always have a special place in my heart, i had a real love hate relationship with that car and for a fwd family sedan it has *****.....BIG ONES! And thats what i thought when i had my auto but when i got the 6spd....fuggetaboutit!

I would always put one together give em crazy mods then sell because i just wanted more, and evertime i said i wasnt going to buy another......i did lol but that chapter is closed for good now its time to go in on my new love!

 

Sounds like the perfect recipe for turning over a lot of cars. Certainly believable after looking at that list of maximas you had.

 

^^ I just really have a love for the car but at the same time i wasted a ton of $$$ with all the $$ i spent on them if i had an evo i would probably own a 9 sec car by now lol.

 

^ Still, it's just crazy that you've owned more 2003 Maximas than most people have owned cars in general over the past ten years. Did your family own a dealership or something? That's just too many cars, all Nissans, mind you.

 

I didn't want to let mine go but sold it recently for cheap. i'll definitely buy another one when i have the money.

My auto 03 i bought brand new when i was 18 and then it got stolen, after that i bought another 03 from an old couple in nj it had a blown motor and it was a 6spd i bought it for 5k, i then sold that one because my daughter was born and i needed cash.

After not getting to enjoy the car i got bit by the bug once again so i went out and picked up another 03 6spd with a slight hit.......i fixed it and then some random dude from cali was in ny and he gave me a crazy offer and i just had to do it lol.

And last but not least was my 02 6spd that i just didnt really want anymore because i grew tired of the max and i wanted a really nice well rounded car and thats my evo 9 lol.

I had an Evo 9 and kept it for almost 2 yrs, then sold it got a C5 Z06..... Now im selling the Z06 and getting another Evo 8 or 9. I hope to keep the new one forever!!!!! great cars, and Im sad I got rid of my last one.

 

I plan on buying another 2-3 evo's in my future and maybe a X

 

My Evo is my pride and joy. She may be stock right now but she'll get up there. Can't let her go lol

 

till death do us part.. forever!

I also would like to think that as parts wear, I will upgrade them as well. I recently just returned from my very 1st drag race, and with a 13.2 (even though its a lousy time at 4000ft) I am eager to better myself and the car!

 

got my car at the end of august '05, and she's been running strong since. i can't see myself driving anything else for a very long time. Still gonna keep the car forever no matter what
