had my car for the last 5 years, now its paid off and just becoming a great all around car to have. so far she has 214k and still goin strong

well I thought that I will would keep my VIII forever, but if I get back in the military I am probably selling it and getting a new X MR or SE . Things change, but at least I am keeping it in the Evo family lol.

I have a 10 year old boy, and even with the increased age your Evo will be, ain't no way a relatively new driver ought to own one of these. "Drive" one, sure, when dad's in the car. But buy a normally aspirated RWD, light as in a 4cyl, before you step the poor lad up. Kids can't be replaced like the cars.

 

when I finally get mine, lol... I have to keep it forever. That's the deal I made with the wife because I constantly buy cars, build them up and sell them. So yeah, I gotta keep the Evo pretty much til I die

 

I've always told my friends that I'll keep my car forever, even if the engine blows up ill park her in the back yard covered till I turn it into a track\drag car. They think I'm crazy but that is because they don't own one themselves
