this is a very common problem with evo wings...at least ones that arnt taken care of. The most ive ever been quoted is 250...or less...i still havnt done it but will. you're paint is fine cause it's carbon fiber not paint. you just need to re-clear the top. ask around and show them, it wont be much

welcome to having an evo..... it just so happens to be one of the common problems with evo wings, they all have sun spots over time. not really a problem and doesnt cost too much to either have replaced or re-done

Mine had that problem too when I bought it. Got them to knock some money off the price too because of it. Fixed it for like $30 or so for the paint and paper etc. Here's some before and afters... It was pretty bad lol...

+1 Dont waste your money paying someone else to do it. I just wet sanded mine and used two cans of clear coat. The sanding of mine was the most time consuming part cuz it was pretty bad. Its worth taking the time to unbolt it and take it apart, prep, spray, sand, and spray rather than pay someone $200+ for them to do it. Whole process took me like 30 minutes of actual work and an afternoon of playing COD4 for the down time involved with 3 coats or clear. Whole thing cost me $15

The clear coat is already screwed up on it, so its just a matter of smoothing it for the clear. Wet, fine grit sand paper more patience than elbow grease and you shouldnt screw up the CF

The CC on my wing has been messed up for some time now. I've got 99k miles on my car currently.
The paint protection warranty is too 100k miles I believe, so I need to get to the dealer ASAP to get it taken care of...

If the car is still under warranty then your dealer should be able to replace it for you.
