Car Tent

I recently got my entire car resprayed (4 coats of paint and 7 coats of clear). However, i am scared to pull my evo back into the garage because of 3 cats my sister has in there, two of which are fully clawed...

So my question is, is there some type of canopy or tent that i could put into the garage? Does anyone have experiences/recommendations here? I have been looking at a couple of different sites:

http://www.a1tarps.com/category.jhtm?cid=40

The problem with these is that there isn't a bottom to them... meaning said cats could crawl under it. Let me know your thoughts!

go to an auto parts store, they have car ports with 3 walls and a door. They have ones that bolt down to the ground also, so cats and other animals cant crawl under... they run like $200-250... im gonna buy one myself for the talon when i get it back from the shop.

I checked AutoZone already.. but ill try calling some other places. Not sure i can bolt it to the floor, but if i can weigh it down, that should work. Anybody else have suggestions?

They are strictly outdoor cats... and we have alot of hungry cyotes looking for a meal... anyways, the cover is insufficient as i have been using one for over six months. I put a tarp on top of the cover and they got through that as well..

The cats will jump on, and destroy that. Needs to be a hard shell.

I'm not sure if its been mentioned but cats will annihilate a tent. When I was little I had a tent set up in the back yard it got sliced open in many places by a cat.

EDIT: nevermind I see the topic has been covered...

Funny you mention that, one of em is a Bengal Cat. Cant build a wall, but maybe put up a fence? Still thinking this through.

How about convincing your sister to do the smart thing and move her cats inside where they belong? That'll solve your problem and save the cats lives.

What about using chainlink fence? Create a box it inside the garage.

Another option would be to wall off the area where u want the cats in and keep them in there and out of the car area.

I've had this same issue. If you get a big shop fan and sit it in front of your car the cats wont go near it, they hate the sound of it and the wind.
