I wouldn't go with either.

Check out Prosport gauges, there about the same price and are much better quality.

I bought my EVO with the glow shift gauges i do not like them at all. Im getting rid of them right away. During the day you can barely see the readings. I would suggest Defi gauges or the Auto meter.

defi's are so much more expensive than a autometer or prosport...
if your budget is less than $100 i don't think defi's should be on your list at all..
decide between a autometer or prosport.....

+1 on Defi...

...or you can get a Zeitronix ZT-2 and use a transparent red cover... Has W/B AFR, Boost, EGT, and datalogs...That's what I'm doing...except in blue. THEN you can buy the cheaper Defi gauges (Oil Pressure, Temp, WOOTness, etc...)

sensor difference. There's a debate on which one is better...

but anyway, I'd go with prosport gauges... if money is the issue.

Try checking out these gauges: http://www.daddysscp.com/dcart4/prod...&cat=36&page=1

I know they are pretty big in the suby world (i used to drive one myself) and these are basically similar to Defi's (in looks) and cost less. I remember when I was considering gauges for the sti, it was either this or defi.
