Hi guys might be interested in buying an Evo 8, need some help =)

Hi guys at evolutionm.net
I just recently became a vendor on your website and we are slowly picking up. I drive an Audi A4 right now and I love the way it drives, only thing that is that it is WAY TO SLOWWW. I'm thinking about buying an Evo 8, I was wondering what are people paying out the door for their cars right now. I'm located in So Cal so any recommendations to dealers would be nice as well. Thanks!

Don't pay more than MSRP. Most you should pay is MSRP.

Whats MSRP? "Something"... retail price? Anyway, I am residing in Singapore - and the official retail price of a LanEvo VIII GSR (6-speed)... wait for this S$154,000 (US$88,000) !!! Of this about US$17K goes to buying a certificate which will allow you to own the car!!! Oh, sunroof will cost you an additional US$1,700.

MSRP = Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price.

You could move to the states with all the money you would save buying the car here.

I do prefer the 6 speed.

Just visit a Mits dealer and BS with the sales person. There is a list of dealer on the Forum that sell Evo at MSRP price.

Don't paid over MSRP. Due to the fact of slumpy economy, you can bargain.

Good luck on your car hunt.

Don't pay anything over MSRP. If you do, you got ganked! The best I've seen is $500 under MSRP, but it looks like most everybody paid MSRP which I did. It took me 2 hours to talk them down to MSRP but that's what I paid.
