Cluster bulb sizes?

I'm trying to replace the OEM bulbs in the cluster (those for main lighting the gauges) What size bulbs and bases are they? Looking to try LED's to get a brighter gauge display.

Mitsubishi part # is mr444537.. they come with little blue condoms on the bulbs.. just take those off and it will illuminate a bit brighter.

Really? I read this thread over 3 times, and even did this mod a while back. I don't see the bulb size info anywhere.

The Bulbs found in your ignition ring, HVAC, cig, ashtray, Optional 3 guage cluster and Odometer are type 74. Just remove the bulb from the plastic holder and swap. The three that illuminate your speedo and Rev are of a different type that IDK. I bought the wrong bulbs (B8.4 LED) for them but they still fit. It just took some convincing. The three didn't make it any brighter, just made it red.

8180A001 - can be ordered through any mitsu dealer. I made the mistake of ordering them from StreetTunedMotorsports, and one tiny bulb ended up costing me over $12
