Two weeks and I hated it! I seriously was cranky at work because of it. My car was with a shop for R&D testing and parts prototyping. In the end it was worth it though, I have a really nice setup that I couldn't be happier with

About 4 months, swapped an evo IX motor/ecu/harness into the 8. Really only took a few days of work, but saving and waiting for parts took the majority of the downtime.

Launched and kinda blended my box. My car was down for just about 8 months looking a new one. John Shep, gave me a quote right over the phone but where i'm from it was a bit pricey to ship to him pay him and then ship back so not worth it, a bran spanking new box from england was going to run me $7k or $8k US. From Japan was going to cost me about the same but the shipping woulda killed even more. Finally waited till someone in St. Maartin wrote off, sorry to hear, and bought it.

Was terrible to just see her sit down and collect dust

Mine sits between track days mostly. Longest it went without being driven was probably 6 months (except for around the block a few times to keep it fresh)

No downtime due to repairs
