over 15 months because of a deployment

 

5 months. Now its been almost a week because I blew my head gasket and the head is getting machined.

 

5 months because the dumb mechanic that was holding tools for me dropped the transfer case while replaceing my clutch and doing some other work and it broke into 3 peices...

There kinda expensive ya know.. lol

 

Finally got it back on the road after 10 months.

 

2 days. lol but didn't get to drive it for a month when i went to china.

 

longest was 3 days, I went to lake chelan with my friend in his STI, and had to drive the dang thing all weekend I wanted to drive the dang thing off a cliff after an 1hr haha! dont get me wrong the STI is a great car but it aint no EVO! anyway when i got back the first thing i did was run over to by baby evo and fired her up! very glad i went with my evo not a dang slowbaru lol

 

13 Months, forgot I even owned the damn thing.

Then I would walk into the garage and sit and stare at it, or go out with my friends (most own evo's) and I would miss mine even more...

I thought about lighting my garage on fire so they would pay me to get a new one.

 

Ive been without mine for 6 months now and dont get back till August. I hate being deployed. Thankfully it aint that long of a deployment.

 

I'm about to hit the 1 month mark for my Evo still on jack stands. It all started out with a simple clutch problem. Now, I just bought new knuckles, new axles, new ball joints.... All this because of seized axles in the knuckles. I'm just happy they aren't seized in the tranny or I would be screwed and get another loan.

 

Going two + weeks now waiting on 2 doors, fender and side skirt. It should be here by this weekend or early next week. I'm gonna have to practice painting with my paint gun It's gonna cost me around $150 for the paint to cover the two silver doors.

 

2 months now. Should get my motor back from tha machine shop next week. I'm gonna guess 3 months total.

 

1 month- shp had to wait for my tire size to come in ???

 

About 2 months while it's in the operating room.

 

Ive had my evo for 5 years and am without it everyweek. Longest time its been sitting, prolly a couple mos.

 

3 months when I sent my stock turbo off to be converted to an FP Green. That's why I ordered the Red outright rather than having a conversion done.
