hmmm, this is probably something that needs to be properly diagnosed, but here goes:

The AC adds load to the engine when it runs, the ECU should bump up the idle to compensate for this. If your car is having trouble idling due numerous reasons, the added load of the AC could cause it to die.

My first guess would be some sort of vacuum leak. This could be a loose fitting, or a hose that came unplugged. It could even be a blow off valve that isn't sealing properly. If this is occuring, you would likely notice your car having rough starts, rough idle, and sometimes sluggish acceleration off of idle, esp when cold.

I have also seen engines die when the fan from the AC/Radiator come on, usually happens with an open-element filter positioned too closely to the fan.

Thats all i have off the top of my head. Good luck!

Bigger cams can do that to you. Probably not your problem but I thought I would mention it.

bigger cams for some reason dont pull vaccum and once vaccum is low call will stall out ... for instance my buddy has 280s and and its pulls very little vaccum .... so basically it may be cause you need to get a better tune to compensate for huge cams

Is your BOV recirculated or venting towards the Air? Also your AEM intake should have have a smaller pipe for the recirculation of the BOV if it is not covered properly it, your stalling can be the cause of that as well...

Just throwing out some options bruh! GL

So did this just start? Have you installed anything recently, such as the bigger cams? What about the email flash, did you just do that? You most likely need a good tune to sort this out if it isn't in fact a leak somewhere.

Hmm... interesting, please let us know when this gets fixed and what you did to remedy it. As others have mentioned check that tune, over the email tunes can be a little iffy!
