Remove the center console (cupholders and storage compartment). There are two screws at the rear end of the base (under where the i/c sprayer switch would be). Then there are three clips (two on the drivers side, one on the pass side) behind the kick plates. Then there is one screw under the ash tray and it should just lift and slide out. Hope this helps.

There are two small panels at the foward most part under the dash. Pull these out (held in by snaps). Then you can acces the push-pins underneath. Pull those out, remove the astray and remove the screw, take off the shift knob, and then pull up and back on the shift panel. Disconnect the plug on the lighter and the sprayer button.

yup simple.

-Back piece comes out first (2 screws in cubby) and (2 accessed from the back seat area)
-Back piece pops out
-2 bolts were the back portion pops out. 1 under where the ash tray is
-Unscrew the shift knob
-two plastic clips where drivers and passengers legs are

They didn't mention that you have 2 screws in the storage compartment. And that there is two snap clips that hold the center console to the shifter console. Please search, there are right ups on this.
