Question about the Apexi Intake

I have an 03 Evo with the Apexi Intake and I was just wondering how can I clean it?

So I can clean it with soap and water and just let it air dry for a few hours?

yes, that will be just fine

or soak it in water and simple green would work also

Dont forget to oil it before you put it back on..
i just usally get like the k&n filter oil and put a nice even coat on it, and let it sit for a few hours.

You put OIL on your Apexi filter? Isn't it supposed to be a DRY filter??!!!

From what i can tell, it is not a dry filter. mine is identical to a K&N..

I have the APEXI and it IS a dry filter type.



Do not oil it.

Are you sure you got an Apexi filter? Yours could be a K&N!
