Turbo balancing - do any of the Evo turbo builders have a Turbo Technics VSR?

Garrett has a Mk3, as does Turbonetics.

We use Heins TC-3 to balance turbos.

The funny part is that they are still using floppy disks in that video.

3 1/2 Floppy's are still widely used in the testing world, for many reasons.
