I ripped my exhaust in 2 on my slammed integra hitting a raised manhole. Dude I hope it works out for you and you can get your money back from the city. Also order some new bolts and such that have rusted. Can you get your car sprayed on the bottom to protect from rust?

Had a similar experience with a friends evo.

They were driving home at night, road was ground down and a 4" curb was created all the way across the road. No avoiding it, and it was impossible to see, no signs nothing.

Went to the city, got the contractor's company name, sent photo's of the road and damage to the car.

They settled out of court.

Set of 19" oz superleggera's destroyed.

Hope this similar end works out for you.

Evan
