Wow, Buchneri is hardcore.

I work at a dealership, here is my advice. When purchasing a car that's Car-Fax certified it will be qualified for the "Buy Back Guarantee" I hope the dealership activated this for you. In the case it was activated and when the Car-Fax showed a "Clean Car" but then a month or multiple months later it indicated an accident, it would then be "Purchased back". Car-Fax guarantee's their records are correct of they buy the vehicle back. I hope this makes sense.

Sorry if i came off as really hardcore, I have just seen too many instances of things being wrong with used cars that the dealerships didn't disclose. Anyone who tried to rob your hard earned money off of you like that is just terrible and I have no sympathy for. Good call on the buy back guarantee thing though.

No sweat, honestly I was playing in a friendly way. I agree with you, it's unfortunate when situations like these occur. I hope the OP comes out on top. Good luck.

Unless you have the original printed Carfax then I don't know how you can prove that they told you it was clean. If you take them to court they can just as easily say that they informed you it had been in an accident with the previous owner and you purchased the car anyway.

The Cherry Hill Triplex has to be one of the "shadiest" dealerships I've ever been to, this would not surprise me if what your saying is true. I unfortunatly bought my car from them (before getting to know them better) as well and since then have been disgusted with their staff and service ever since. Who was your salesman?

But you think he might be able to swing that if the car was in a accident he would of not paid $21,000 for it. Then have them look at the salvage price on it?

wow thats shady. just add that to the list of horror stories out of cherry hill. while i had nothing but good experiences with their service dept. the opposite can be said for their sales staff. good luck with your car, it sounds like you could have a strong case for fraud.

Walt he was a cool guy, but that fat bald mother ****er with glasses (I'm guessing the sales manager) is a douche and i am seriously going to flip out on that guy.

get a lawyer! if they sold you the car saying it was accident free, and those are the terms you agreed to, an evo in no accidents, and come to find out it was in an accident... they could be in trouble!

now if it was a provate sale, buyer beware... but a dealership misinforming their customer? not right

i guess the Stealerships have been living up to their name latley... :-/

My next question is what if i buy this carfax report and it comes back clean... Now i guess i'm screwed? The previous owner has all the information and reports on all the accidents that happened with the car. So i can prove that it was in a accident, but then i have a feeling that the dealership will say oh we never knew the car was in a accident to? Then where does it go from there?
