There is no damage to your car, you should've act calm when they suspect it was you hit and run. If there was damage to your front end then I'll be worried.

Damn that really sucks, I hate dealing with those insurance companies. I had to file a claim for a hit and run one time and I think they need a recorded statement just so they can back themselves up if anything ever has to go to court. I live in Sykesville so I've seen plenty of these idiots around. GL with everything though

I did what I can do, provided employer video tapes of my car of the day it happend showing my car has no damage when I drove into work.. time sheets from work.. and now the police report.

Scary part was when the Trooper was looking over my car he was looking at EVERY rock chip on my front bumper.. had me nervous. Thank god this trooper had some common sense.

I feel your pain. I had a hit and run last year. Insurance companies told me i was to blame for 10% of it... Funny how it works.

wow.. wat a story.. just like this white evo dude was just chilling on the fwy, and he saw a white civic flew by, and later on a cop went behidn the white evo and pulled him over, say he speed over 100mph+.. dude is like *** no it ain't me, it's the civic, but nope.. ticket
