The next time you see a crazy person driving fast in a smoking car, get the tag number of that car. The next time you see anything out of the ordinary happening, get some sort of information in case you are questioned about the incident.

Knowledge is the best protection. It would have been nice to tell the Trooper that you did see a silver car driving fast and smoking with front end damage. I got the tag number for you in case someone reported an accident.

The Trooper gets recognition for solving the case and you possibly get a pass the next time you get stopped for speeding, aftermarket exhaust, tinted windows, or anything else that draws attention to you in your EVO.

i had a drunk driver side swipe me then ran through 2 red light to evade me and then the plate came back bogus!!

 

They do look similar, could see how someone could mistake that, especially if they didn't know anything or only had a moment to glimpse it.
