Wow how could they push the issue that hard? I mean with all the alibis you have, you would think they would just drop it? It will all be worked out in the end. Good luck man.

well I told them both my story, about seeing a fleeing silver stratus, but the trooper said without a tag following up would be pointless.

Rest assure since then I've got most/all tags that drive like aholes around me.

There hasn't been any updates as of yet, apparently my insurance company is still "investigating."

I guess this is what my insurance actually pays for... the people to continue to investigate something that's a night and day situation. *sigh* Again though thanks all for the support, makes it easier when you feel like you have people on your side when my insurance doesnt seem like it.

 

You should find out where the witness lives and drive your car thru their house! No I'am just kidding LOL. Hopefully everything will work out for you man good luck.
