Stats vs. Upgrades?
Most EVO's will not be able to hit that 4.5 0-60. Maybe 1 in a 100. Since tracks dont offer 0-60 times, most people will only be able to give you before and after 1/4 mile and 1/8 mile times.

I wish I could shave off .3 sec 0-60 with an intake. And a BOV won't increase your speed.

Afterall, many that purchase them do so b/c they claim that the stock BOV leaks, and the only reason that the leaks would be of consequence is if they hindered performance. Thus, in these situations, it follows that getting an aftermarket BOV WOULD in fact increase performance.

The charts on Vishnu's site will give you a pretty good idea of the stats related to their upgrade stages. Upgrades won't drastically reduce the 0 - 60 times (.3 - .5 seconds), but quarter mile improvements can be significant.
I have Vishnu's Signature Stage 1 and the car feels fast as hell. Hopefully, I'll gain 15 - 25 more hp after Shiv's tuning session this week.
