Does anyone else ever feel like you have to be more causious of other drivers more than your own driving? just this morning on my way to work, i had 3 people pull right out in front of me. i had my lights on and everything, plus i only live about 7 miles from work! does anyone else have this issue? i dont speed (5mph over) or drive erractically. you would think people would be more causious of nicer cars, but im starting to think it makes them more likely to hit you?!?
just a bit of a rant, but curious if anyone else feels this way?

I can save many of the automakers, espicially GM, by doing this 1 simple thing: Stop making cars with turn signals. By doing this 1 simple step, the automaker is saving money on labor, wiring, parts, etc etc to not add turn signals into cars.
My biggest pet peave is someone not using a signal when changing lanes. Your commute is rather small however an old commute of mine, I counted so many cars that never used a signal.

my biggest peave, are the people who look at you and wait till the last second to beat it out in front of you, then dont understand how you managed to get so mad when they insist on doing 10mph under the speed limit?!? Lulz

people dont care, i just hate one thing, when ppl riding my bumper. I know i can stop anytime , very quick. usually i just gun it to get away from them change lane and slow down.
Also I hated when people who uses the left lane and don't pass cars in the right lane. I mean people just don't get it. Left lane is for passing lane. Not for cruising slower than the slow lane.EvoGuy2 - I agree with you to bro. Turning signal is a waste for most cars because some dumb drivers fail to use them. Sometimes I don't use it because the person ahead of me tick me off
or there is no one behind me.
I think it's unfair to ask people to pay attention while driving. They have much more important things to do at the time, like talking on the phone, eating, drinking coffee, watching movies, and beating their children.
Seriously though, +1 on the 270 degree vision. My daily is a bright green Honda Element, and you'd think people would notice a big green box while changing lanes or pulling out, but I swear sometimes I am invisible........

I had this philosophy when I first started driving. When you drive aggressively, but not overly aggressive to the point of being pulled over all the time, you have more control of the situation. It was a weird philosophy, but it worked. I did 80 down the high way for months and was not near close to any accidents. I did 55 and almost got in 6. I guess I was just in someones blind spot too long, or I don't know what. When a person passes you, you give them control of the situation. If they cut you off your the one that has to react because you never know what people in this world are going to do. When your passing someone you know not to cut them off, you know what you are going to do. The farther you put yourself away from people, the less time you give someone to be near your car, the less chance of an accident. I'm not saying to 100 in a 35. I'm just saying doing 45 or 55 in a passing zone is more safe to me then doing 35 in that passing zone. That is my .02 cents.
