One thing I have found is if you are having the parts installed or a motor built its also easier/better for both the tuner and owner that you have the same shop/tuner doing that work if possible.
Less finger pointing and guessing. The tuner knows the history from the ground up and there is some continuity. Learned this the hard way.

There are a few that can pull off mixing parts and tuners, but its rare...
