vented hood VS. non-vented

porblem solved, I went by the body shop on the off chance they still had my hood. Fortunately they did and with some drilling (yes I drilled into a brand new CF Hood) I got the oem insulation and vent mounted. It doesnt fit up perfectly but its close.
Hmm, I have the same hood, when they ship it they put that fiberglass peice on there to keep the integrity of the hood in intact while shipping, it is removable, there should be 5 silver screws holding it in place.
Unscrew them *****!!!
