As with every turbo set up though. they all eat oil due to the turbo and excessive use of power

Maybe I am just use to it now, I always keep a quart of oil in my trunk.
I attend to check with my projects , at least once a week . Or every other week to make sure all fluids are full, including oil

Had heard this somewhere just recently, so I checked my oil level.

Right between the marks like it was supposed to be. 2650 miles. Maybe if I get more mileage....but for now she's looking fine.

12,000 miles, no oil consumption problems here. even after some hard driving on the race track.

Mine uses about 1/2 quart per 3000 miles. For the first thousand or so it didn't use any.

Mitsu says that 1 quart per 1000 miles is acceptable! That's ridiculous.

I went almost 4K miles (being lazy) and it was down about a quart. Gave me the scare of a lifetime. Now i'm checking the dipstick weekly.
