I have a 2006 MR with 179 miles on it. I am going to remove my rear wiper assembly if you are interested.
Don

PS Does your rear window have a hole in it ?

I remember the day I bought the RS & was disappointed that the rear wiper was non included.
After 2 years of ownership I have a better understanding of the RS model & would not even consider the mod........Your situation maybe different & understand if you need the wiper if you do a lot of all weather driving.

Peace (BTW, Thanks for posting in the RS Owners Thread =)

Yowza, might take some time getting it to look good, unless you're handy with body work

I have a 06 IX with rear wiper, etc...If interested I'd be willing to do a straight up trade with you. If you'd be willing to do the drive to Barberton, OH (44203) I'd pay a guy to come out and swap the windows for us. PM me if interested!

The switch would take a lot of work to do properly. The Turn Signal Stalk on the steering column would need to be changed along with the twin pump tank in the trunk. Although I am sure all the wiring would be their. The hole in the winsdhield would be no problem for a glass shop to perform.

If the wiring is their for the wiper motor, pump and the stalk switch wiring has the same electrical connector I will trade you the components for free. Check your local glass shop if they will put a hole in your windshield. I really don't want to remove my rear window.
