Ahh, sorry for spamming! I bought a standard MBC from AMS and am having it installed now
If I do purchase a IX bov, would I have to have the car retuned?
Sorry for all the questions

Anyway a MBC is a solid way to go and it super simple to install. Cheap too.
my car was done by ams and they are amazing. they have mbc and ix dv's so just get that before your car is tuned and have the boost set to 25pounds and maybe youl hit 300. if your lucky ;P good luck
Hahahaha, the AMS tech working on my car came in and asked if I wanted to upgrade to the IX bov
Which I did, so let's hope for some good numbers!!
BTW, I have. Boost, Wideband and oil pressure gauges

That information is wrong, if that was true then at peak boost of 19.8lbs stock, I would loose boost. The plastic BOV leaks around 25-26psi. You may not need to upgrade it depending on where they set the boost at, but it would not be a bad idea to just do it, and you will not need a retune just for the bov.
