The previous owner of the Evo seems to have not been too smart. He ran some wires throught the rubber weather plugs underneath the body. I am missing 2 of them and cannot get them at any chain parts stores. It is a dealer item, and I am very far from a dealer.
They are about 2 inches in diameter. There are several of them on the underside.

Check the forums here and see if anyone whos parting out a car can help you out.

 

Check your local junkyard. A regular lancer may be all you need to find.

I called a Mitsu dealer in Montana and had them order me some. I'll be going through there soon to pick them up.
