Not sure about those ebay full guages, but I have the one from rexpeed and love it.
They should have come like that from the factory and not the "Lancer" one.
Took about 5-10 min to put on.
Easy to put in,after you get the guage cluster out.
Worth every penny to me.
The full guages from ebay are cool I guess, I did similar guages in my old car and had some problems though.
Go for it, its only 80$.

 

I have this one from Rexspeed and its awesome. I have no more Lancer on my car period.

 

i have the rexpeed one. fits and looks awesome. took about 55sec to install

 

I have the eBay ones and love them! The require a bit of labor though..
