91 / Meth Concerns
Hey Guys got a question for you & would like to hear all your opinions...
Looking to push somewhere in the neighborhood of 600-675ish hp on 91 & meth..35r 2.3motor. If i can even acheive that power on a mustang dyno..prob not that high but i would like to see what you guys think...
1. I have heard the STOCK fuel rail is fine to about 700-750whp.
2. STOCK fuel pressure reg is also okay...or no?
3. Finally, Will i require a double pumper on this..I've heard so many opinions that
i dont know what to believe. What will my single 255 allow me to go up too??
Please let me know. Also running 1000 injectors

Every setup is a little different. Your best bet is to get in contact with whoever is going to be tuning your car. And FWIW there is really no set number that a part can handle since there are so many different variables. For example E85 will require you to run much larger injectors as there is about 30% less energy in the fuel. On the other hand if you were to be running race fuel you can get away with leaner AFR's. In your case the meth will allow you to lean things out a little bit. Good luck
