SRS light on dash
dealer would be best to diagnose. I recently broke my clock spring which caused mine to go on. Does your horn work? If it does it's not the clock spring. If the horn is also broken it is most likely that.
**EDIT** This was the ABS light I was thinking of, disregard.
If you have a tactrix cable your supposed to be able to read the codes I've heard from several people also.

it's most likely the sensor in the seat belt. make sure the cables under your seat are connected properly. if so, the sensor may just be going bad. if that's the case, you'll have to buy a new buckle. i had this happen in my 2000 honda accord back in the day, and the light is also on in my EVO right now. i haven't taken the time to troubleshoot yet. my gf just made a little I <3 you sticky note and stuck it over the light so i don't have to look at it lol that's how i got my car inspected haha
